I am very pleased with the work Kelvin B. at Steam Dryers did at our house. He was able to clean all the carpets in within a matter of a couple of hours with very good results. It was a great feeling to see the carpet so clean and beautifully raked after he was finished!

Kevin B. called the day before to confirm the appointment. He was at my house on time. His demeanor was very professional and understanding. He listened to us and our concerns, and was very willing to work with us.

Steam Dryers prices were reasonable, and they offered quick turnaround times for scheduling. I booked on a Tuesday, and was able to get my carpets cleaned by Saturday. I may have even been able to get them done sooner if I had wanted, but Saturday was the best day for me.

Kelvin B. was very knowledgeable about the types of carpet stains and the best treatment for each type of stain. One of the kids had drawn on the carpet with permanent marker, so he was forthcoming in explaining that the permanent marker was going to be there....well, permanently. We expected it. He pre-treated other stains like grease and high traffic areas, and they came up well.

Brandon did a wonderful job on the carpet repairs. I was going to replace it, but you can't even tell I dropped that iron anymore. Their prices are very reasonable compared to most companies. Techs were very knowledgeable and did an awesome job. Where were you guys years ago!
